Familie Fantasie Komedie Sciencefiction

Leslie Presswell (Robin Williams), een vriendelijke, beetje excentrieke jongeman raakt in een strijd verwikkeld met zijn oom Leland. Deze oud-militair heeft de speelgoedfabriek van de familie overgenomen en wijzigt het beleid van de fabriek drastisch door in het geheim echt wapenspeelgoed te maken. Wanneer Leslie hier achter komt, wordt hij ertoe gedwongen al zijn fantasie en vindingrijkheid te gebruiken om zijn oom een nederlaag te bezorgen en daarmee de rust terug te laten keren in zijn geliefde speelgoedfabriek.
